Display loading icon before final artboard

@rashagen Given that Cloudinary takes 1-2 seconds to build the final image, wouldn't it be great if we displayed a 'loading' icon in the middle of the screen until we are able to fetch the final image?

As it is right now, the user has no system status feedback after clicking on the 'I'm done' button.
