Date for Issues CSV is not exporting as a date #24

Describe the bug
When viewing the Issues.csv, the Date field is not exporting as a date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go through the tool to create an Issues.csv
Open the csv
View the "Date" field

Expected behavior
Date field should show a logical date
