Precision down to the minute?

Is there a way to get time blocks to have less than an hour precision?
I've got a chart where most tasks take less than an hour, but when I try to add them, they disappear. They only appear if I round the block's start and end each down to the hour.

All blocks have to stop on the hour to show up. If they stop between hours, they disappear.

I have the same question.
Looking at the code at line 432 of Chart.cs it looks like it's limited to full hours only. I have no idea what it would take to implement this as I'm not a C# developer.
