A portal for people to signup for a tech field trip from time to time.
We can plan regular times of the year for it and can also organize it for different groups of people -
High School Students, UNI, Investors, Entrepreneurs, etc.
People can also suggest places to visit.

I think this could be a separate application that sits on one of our subdomains, like, trek.devcongress.com. Which means we can built it with some other language or framework other than Rails.

Sure. I labelled some of them as subdomain. I'd do that to the rest. I asked for explanation on the Chronicles feature. @Elorm should be back with it

@mturkson23 I'm really impressed by how much commitment you have shown. It'll be great to meet you on Saturday. I'd suggest a few corrections, though. Just change the title to "One short road trip to DevCongress 2013", for branding purposes, etc. Thanks a lot for the enthusiasm you have shown so far.
