Minor UI Improvements for OCR

Enhancement 1

When selecting Reset to HTTPS Boot, if AMT is activated in CCM mode, Secure Boot must remain enabled as it is enforced by AMT.

In this case, the Enforce Secure Boot option should be grayed out in the OCR UI and remain enabled.

Enhancement 2

When selecting Boot to PBA, Secure Boot must remain enabled as it is enforced by AMT.

In this case, the Enforce Secure Boot option should be grayed out in the OCR UI and remain enabled.
