Limiting the data a user can store (Dexie Cloud)

I was wondering, if I use Dexie cloud, can I limit how many rows a user can store? This might be to prevent abuse, or for something like a "free plan" where users are only allowed to create X items in my app.

Can I restrict how many rows a user can create in a table on the server side in some way?
