raincloud: flip 5 more slugs to ok (uk-price-paid, openlibrary-authors, finetranslations-swedish, nyc-311, ultrachat-200k)

Hydrated and tested individually against the parquet oracle: all match
exactly, including nyc-311 at 18.5M rows (recovered from a killed download —
the Socrata bulk-CSV export truncated mid-transfer, but the pipeline's
graceful malformed-row-skip dropped just the 1 incomplete trailing row and
processed the rest cleanly).
