raincloud: flip 5 more slugs to ok (c4-en-validation, nyc-parking-tickets, stackoverflow-badges, tinystories, ultrafeedback-binarized)

Hydrated and tested individually against the parquet oracle (scoped
single-slug runs): all match exactly.

docmatix-zero-shot and librispeech-test-clean stay untriaged — both hit the
same pre-existing oracle limitation (cannot format nested byte[] values,
e.g. embedded image/audio bytes), not a vortex-java gap.
