Propose a new ICRC for fungible tokens with compliance support

I want to propose a new standard or a new extension of ICRC-2. It is a fungible token with a dynamic compliance rules engine to support trade only for KYC/AML wallets or any other compliant legal checks for RWA tokens. I need help on where to start. I checked this document, which directed me to your repository

Hey @yehia67, there is actually work on standardizing ICRC-3 block log types to support RWA tokens. Please check the following thread and I think everybody involved would be happy to see you joining the next working group meeting (cc @bogwar @skilesare @dietersommer)

Thanks for sharing! Looks quite interesting. Sure, I would be happy to attend the group meeting. When is it? I see on Discord six events, but they are not related to wg-token-standards
