chore: check that CI runs on main after diffpy.srxconfutils is merged on conda

Problem

This is failing on CI because the diffpy.srxconfutils requirement is not yet available on conda-forge.

Proposed solution

rerun the CI and ensure it is passing after that staged-recipe gets merged
