On team apps we have at various times needed to run searches across code, at some point I developed this for myself: Altinn/altinn-tools#126
It pulls apps from Studio/Gitea and also uses Roslyn to do more structured analysis. Here are the insights I included in the first version:

It's currently a CLI tool, but I did structure it so that it might be converted into a service eventually
