I recorded the following common warnings (not errors):
UserWarning: The Shapely GEOS version (3.8.0-CAPI-1.13.1 ) is incompatible with the GEOS version PyGEOS was compiled with (3.10.1-CAPI-1.16.0). Conversions between both will be slow.
usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/datacube/drivers/postgres/_api.py:564: SAWarning: Class Float8Range will not make use of SQL compilation caching as it does not set the 'inherit_cache' attribute to True. This can have significant performance implications including some performance degradations in comparison to prior SQLAlchemy versions. Set this attribute to True if this object can make use of the cache key generated by the superclass. Alternatively, this attribute may be set to False which will disable this warning. I've run the Datasets, Beginners, and Freq. Used Code folders. The statmodels and scipy incompatibilities in issue in the previous sandbox are resolved. There is a problem with 'plot_lulc' and 'plot_wofs' in https://github.com/digitalearthafrica/deafrica-sandbox-notebooks/blob/main/Tools/deafrica_tools/plotting.py. I will investigate that. @NikitaGandhi @fangfy
