Missed because the pre-release check only looked for tool *removals* (the backward-compatibility risk) and never for additions. Adds Q&A management (13), poll/quiz bulk import (4), phone participant audio (2), send-chat-message and delete-rooms-by-tag. Names verified against the tool definitions at v1.0.8 vs HEAD.
