Why are we building this?
Sometimes, because of leaky abstractions, carelessness or other reasons the code might be a little bit too 'chatty' with a specific API, incurring a lot of cost in terms of performance.

What are we building?
This insight identifies traces with a high rate of exchange with a specific API and indicates that to the user via both an insight and a code lens
