LMEL Comment ça marche : polish to make it more readable and more consistent

Currenlty, LMEL Comment ça marche is the result of Dismoi comment ça marche without the diagram and with a shorter text.

These changes have obviously affected the final appearance.
Two main issues :

• the big image under the 3 steps seems to be a part of Comment ça marche, whereas it is an other part (but withouth title)
• it is a bit hard to read the three steps (it requires attention)

Are there some quick wins possible here ?

Prioriity : low, website works and there is no evidence this will affect much UX and conversion
