The `handler` field is not included in documentation for creating/editing global application commands

Description

The documentation for Entry Point commands is at the moment not clear about how to set the handler field for the given command. Example payloads include the field, but it is not documented under the Create/Edit Global Application Command endpoints.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate either to documentation for Creating or Editing a global application command.

Expected Behavior

A description of the handler field should be included in the list of possible fields in the payload.

Current Behavior

No such description is present.
