Random intervals and schedule requests

Can you add random intervals to "DEFAULT_BALANCE_FRACTION" and "ORDER_REFRESH_INTERVAL"?

So we can choose for example a random ORDER_REFRESH_INTERVAL between 25 -35 seconds.

Also can you add a schedule task to calculate_avellaneda_parameters.py and find_trend.py to run every 5-10 min inside the python script?

btw, is this bot allowed to generate volume for the airdrop or do you think they will consider this wash trading and not allowed?
