Varlock + Express example

Minimal Express server using Varlock - no integration package needed.

Demonstrates:

• loading + validating env via import 'varlock/auto-load' (see src/server.ts)
• the alternative varlock run injection pattern (see src/server-needs-run.ts)
• type-safe access via the ENV proxy, with types generated into env.d.ts
• automatic redaction of sensitive values in console logs
