not possible to copy notes from ui

Expected: adding content by editing with same title, based on user guide
Actual: editing content by editing with same title
Suggestion/ Why it is problematic: if the notes are decently long, even with fast typing, it is inefficient. the editing mentioned in the ug example could be changed to about changing information and not adding information

Team's Response

The command is intended to be an overwrite command and not an append command, as such, we carefully chose the text in the command summary “Updated content with more details”. You may also see in the more detailed portion of the editnote command that there is no mention that it should be an append command. As such, we have decided to reject this as a bug.

However, we do not understand the title of the issue which seems to be referring to the UI?
