Why does it have to be done?

We are currently lagging quite a bit behind needing to stay at R24. It's unacceptable.

How do you think does it have to be done?

  • Bump Elixir
  • Bump Erlang
  • Make sure the patchset still applies
  • Make sure that etypes repo doesn't break with the new dialyzer
  • Release
  • Repin goo in actively developer projects such as on_the_map_goo, uptight, etc. make sure that the tests don't break

What do you think needs to be figured out for it to be done?
