Dialect does not keep track of indices created by timescale db

Hey, first of all thanks for the work you spent on this, I really love using it.

But one thing is a bit offputing. When I create a hyptertable using this dialect, alembic still tries to delete the index afterwards. I came to this repo from here: sqlalchemy/alembic#1465
Do you have a solution for that? Or https://github.com/MRigal?
I was hoping the plugin would work right out of the box.

I believe that I have solved this problem in my fork with this commit

The approach I took was to intercept table class creation and automatically add an index with the appropriate name and settings if the table is a hypertable.

This seems to work for me. I'd be interested to hear whether it works for you, too.
