Hello - has anyone configured graphql-yoga with new nextjs13 version (13.2.1) ?

I'm trying to configure it with new Route Handlers in app directory, and I've took this code from https://the-guild.dev/graphql/yoga-server/docs/integrations/integration-with-nextjs :

But I go nothing.
