Please consider implementing a ServiceFabric cluster HealthCheck

Just curious, what would be a use-case for this? Because normally it's the other way around - Service Fabric has to listen to the result of these health checks to propagate it into its own health system.

If you have multiple ServiceFabric clusters you may wish to monitor the health of a cluster from a different service or ServiceFabric cluster
