@copilot, do not create a new PR. The ms.date edited originally in this PR is correct. You inferred the date incorrectly based on the history of the topic and arrived and the incorrect date. Today's date is 11/13/2025 |

@tdykstra, we can fix this copilot issue I think in the new dedicated instruction for reviews on this repo. Copilot's new trick is to not only infer the current date (and get it wrong) but also create a new PR on the PR to change the ms.date to the wrong date it inferred (As a guess it is inferring from the topic history). |
