Excited to finally be back to .NET, with a new enough project to be able to adapt new versions daily!

Anyhow, was there a reason this Aspnet Core issue was not included in 9.0.3? I thought I saw it tagged as 9.0.3 earlier, albeit now I see that it's 9.0.4.

The release notes on https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/dotnet-and-dotnet-framework-march-2025-servicing-updates/ are missing a link to the changes in dotnet/wpf, which is especially unfortunate, because it contains an uncommunicated breaking change (dotnet/wpf#10390).

@singhashish-wpf is there a reason milestone is not set for this?
