Description

I CollectionView - After selecting an item in a subpage once, you cannot select any other items when you back.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I1 Layout'/'I2 Spacing'/'I3 Sizing'/'I4 Selection'/'I5 EmptyView'/'I6 Grouping'/'I7 Pull to Refresh'/'I8 Headers and Footers'/'I9 Csrolling'/'I10 Swipe'
3. Click on any item on the page to enter
4. Click the Back button
5. Select any item on the page again, no response

Actual Behavior:
I CollectionView - After selecting an item in a subpage once, you cannot select any other items when you back

Expected Behavior:
After selecting an item in a subpage, you can still select any other item when you back.

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.61& 8.0.60& 8.0.40 & 8.0.20 & 8.0.3
