[templates] sample content template uses deprecated API

Description

Resources/Styles/AppStyles.xaml uses LayoutOptions.CenterAndExpand and LayoutOptions.FillAndExpand. LayoutOptions is obsolete.

The templates shouldn't encourage the usage of deprecated APIs
