ILASM round trip failing for Loader/classloader/regressions/dev10_403582/dev10_403582/dev10_403582.cmd test

When we update the ilasm round-trip script to actually fail when ilasm or ildasm fails (done in #127096), the Loader/classloader/regressions/dev10_403582/dev10_403582/dev10_403582.cmd test fails to round-trip with a crash in ildasm on the genmeth.dll assembly.
