Roadmap: Adding an instruction file for Vibecoding to the template

We aim to improve the code accuracy of file-based apps by including templates with instruction files for major AI code editors such as Github Copilot, Amazon Kiro, Cursor, and Windsurf, as well as major coding assistants such as Q Developer CLI and ChatGPT Codex.
