PHP code in HTML attribute not highlighted

So the title and this screenshot are enough to understand the problem :

It makes the code less readable and it doesn't highlight even if I write <?php, and even with single quotes '
This bug doesn't appears in other themes

We're going to ensure that future versions of the Dracula Theme are more consistent and work as expected.
