Changes:
Refactored Navbar component to dynamically render navigation and social links using map() instead of hardcoding.
Improved hover effects on navigation and social icons for better UI feedback.
Updated mobile menu (SideSheet) to properly handle link clicks and close menu after navigation.
Ensured responsive behavior for both desktop and mobile layouts.
Benefits:
Easier to maintain and extend links in the future.
Cleaner and more readable component code.
