I know that retrobar is intended to emulate the pre-Windows 7 taskbar but i think it would be a nice addition to retrobar because it would provide a middle ground between XP-era and modern Windows taskbars and it would make it easier for users to skin their taskbar to the windows 7 style.

pretty sure there's a pinned issue about it and from what i remember, dremin is, at the very least, considering it.

i hope so since i really like the win7 taskbar but i can't use something like windowblinds since it doesn't work well on my pc.

You can try startisback if you're on w10 or startallback if you are on 11, both from same guy, no impact at all on performance and looks very accurate.
