Different position and zoom settings for monitors

Having at same a 2K Ultrawide with album orientation and FullHD with a portrait one making a mess due to inability of different setup for each monitor; also there's a size difference due to DPI. Looks good to have ability to setup left orientation of taskbar with some zoom on ultrawide while to keep downside position on portrait oriented FullHD.

At current release all settings are applying to all monitors the same.
