PHPUnit error #29
Description
I have a problem running PHPUnit:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method PHP_CodeCoverage_Filter::getInstance() in
C:\xampp\php\phpunit on line 39
I installed PHPUnit via composer in Windows 7 with Xampp 3.1
Any idea?
