hi, need help in embedding this code to my solution

im working on a poc where I have to design a poc where I have to add controls like speedometer gauges and linear gauges, I came across this malhar angular dashboard template. Im really thankful to the guys whio have developed it but im unable to integrate into my application where I do not npm or bower. can you please help me in solving the issue
