panic: invalid chain ID when starting rollapp

Describe the bug

panic: rollappEVM_1234-1: []: invalid chain ID error when starting rollapp with rollapp-evm start

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow readme instructions with same parameter to init and configure rollapp

Expected behavior
rollapp running with no issues

It seems to work when removing EVM from the chain id, and using the chain id as rollapp_1234-1. It maybe related with using capital letters in chain ids.
