Hi, I would like to know if the standalone last version is running on GPU by default.

No, the standalone version does not yet default to GPU or single precision calculation.

Unfortunately, the GUI in the standalone also does not yet have a button to configure this. However, you could probably get around this by editing the mat-file of the patient with an external tool (Python, Octave) to include a pln structure with the corresponding configurations.
