Unicode Characters Interfering With Ability to Effectively Count Characters

Certain string feeds in unicode have less capacity per line than their pure ASCII counterparts. This is unfortunate, as it occasionally makes a rather salient impact on output. Address this problem, when possible.

startwith an atom, use unicode_map/3 with the charbound , compose, and stripmark attributes , convert to codes, and count the 0xFF's in the output

unicode_map('हिन्दी', Out, [charbound,compose,stripmark]),atom_codes(Out, Codes).
Out = ÿहÿनÿद,
Codes = [255, 2361, 255, 2344, 255, 2342].

This might occasionally be inaccurate as well, sometimes marks add to width, but it's closer than number of bytes by quite a bit.
