🔍 Bug Description

Upon send a message , it says " I'm having trouble responding right now. Please try again in a moment."

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open website
2. Type message and send
3. error appears

✅ Expected Behavior

Well interactive chatbot with replies must appear

❌ Actual Behavior

No response

🚨 Severity

High - Major functionality broken
