Richtext editor fail to add image and URL link on windows

On capella Version: 7.0.1 Build id: 202503211540 and Windows 11 Entreprise, adding an image or an URL is not working : image do not show up and when adding url only appeared text is added without the element.

after some search it seams adding

 CKEDITOR.instances.editor.focus();

before CKEDITOR.instances.editor.insertHtml(value); solve the issue
