Add big endian cores support

For PowerPC or others "Big Endian" cores registers are incorrect.
I forked extension and make setting "endiannes" like one in memory-inspector extension.

Thanks for raising this, @Sergo101 . Indeed it looks like the extension doesn't handle endianess.
Looking at the CMSIS SVD spec, I believe though this needs to be handled by supporting the endian property of cpu elements instead of adding a VS Code setting. And by extending the API accordingly: https://github.com/eclipse-cdt-cloud/vscode-peripheral-inspector/blob/main/src/api-types.ts

I was thinking about that, but NXP in their MPC5744 mcu svd file set Little endian. STM in SPC5 mcu doesnt set endiannes at all, but have specific registers to test endianness. IMHO project setting resolve this uncertainty.
So as README section, that says that user need to check vendor svd file.
