Contribute nodejs+mongodb sample into devfile.io

Let's add a new devfile to the devfile.io registry that includes Node.js and MongoDB components.

The project sample's source should be hosted at Red Hat Developer Demos. As a starting point, we can use this existing devfile and project, but we'll need to update the images used in the devfile and potentially refresh the source code to keep it up to date.
