Dead Link on eclipse

Maybe I'm at the wrong forum. Please move it if necessary.
Since several weeks on the page https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.egit/downloads the download link https://eclipse.org/egit/download ends up in a 404. Is it possible to fix this?

The former EGit homepage was shutdown since Eclipse deprecated PHP support and so far nobody had time to create a new homepage. I updated the download link to refer to the main p2 repository which you can use to install the last EGit release 7.1.

Find a list with p2 repositories for all releases in the wiki.
