Wasn't there a "Register EPackage" context menu?

I'm fairly certain that in the past, there was a context menu in the Ecore editor that allowed you to register an EPackage in the current Eclipse instance.

I can't seem to find it anymore, though I have EMF SDK installed.

Perhaps unrelated: I also noticed that the Ecore editor does not contribute to the Outline view, which I recall was the case in the past.

This has always returned false:

There are these actions:

But nothing in EMF would register an EPackage in the current instance. That sounds dangerous. But of course any plugin can contribute actions that are also applicable to an EPackage instance in an Ecore Editor....

So it must have been contributed by something else in the past...

I've most certainly never removed anything. 😱 So yes, it must come from somewhere else. My guess would be some transformation technology might do that.
