What it does
Cleans up SVG image files from unused contents with Inkscape's cleanup functionality.
The cleanup was executed per script as posted in: eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui#3793 (comment)
How to test
There should not be any visible changes, i.e., starting a product with this change all icons should still look the same.
