TEA: no help text for preferences available

Observed Behavior:

The TEA preferences in Eclipse don't provide any help about purpose and usage.

Steps to Reproduce:

In Eclipse open the preferences window and go to the "Tasking (TEA)" section.
Expected Behavior:

The preferred solution is to provide tooltips for all properties.
In a addition, a regular Eclipse help page would be useful.
