Can't sign in to Gitlens/Gitkraken

When I try to sign in to gitlens

i get Could not read file command:gitlens.plus.login.

And when i try to sign in though the command palette, after clicking allow i get Unable to sign in to GitKraken: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trim'). Please try again. If this issue persists, please contact support.

@EpicStuff could you provide the relevant part of the log where you try to sign in, please (browser and back-end)?

Im using the app on linux, where do i find the log?

For the browser log, you can open the developer tools from the "Help" menu, for the back-end log, just start the app from the command line.

no new lines show up in either logs after i click the sign in button.
I can paste the whole log somewhere if you want tho, but this might be relavent?

I have a similar issue with atlassian extension for bitbucket.
Login window is not opened
