Unable to Open Jupyter Notebooks

Bug Description:

Unable to display Jupyter Notebooks (.ipynb) files using "non localhost" in the Web browser.
I get this error:

The webpage at http://30d3ad54-bb26-40b1-801d-76a8015cf154.webview.127.0.0.1/webview/index.html?id=30d3ad54-bb26-40b1-801d-76a8015cf154 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Works: Use localhost in browser
Does not work: Using 127.0.0.1 or my Proxy address. I always get the same error. I can access other files and Theia UI, only notebooks fail to display.

Steps to Reproduce:

0. Run Thea as container

docker run -it -p 127.0.0.1:80:8080 -v "$PWD:/tmp"  gcr.io/<my_project>/<container_name>:latest

1. Access browser using 127.0.0.1 in the address
2. Open a Jupyter Notebook file (.ipynb)
3. You will get an error:

Is sandbox configuration "allow-same-origin" the problem?:

I tried setting:

ENV THEIA_WEBVIEW_EXTERNAL_ENDPOINT={{uuid}}.webview.{{localhost}}

but same issue. Any pointers will be appreciated.?

I believe you may want to try to setup your environment correctly, there are a couple of issues that describe how to do so:
