Align Drag and Drop visual indicators with VS Code

Isse Description:

Drag and Drop Indicators to move files within the file explorer only highlights the parent in which the file will be dropped. While technically correct, it's a bit "jumpy" and feels weird to have a visual highlight many rows above the cursor.

VS Code is a bit smoother here, as it highlights the whole block.
