[ICHUB] [TRACEABILITY +CCM + PCF] Integrate PCF, TRACEABILITY, CCM addons developed in the hackathon

Overview

What's the benefit?

During the hackathon in Spain two features were partially developed, for Certificate Management Sharing and Product Carbon Footprint:

• feat: CCM-03-FE Detail page for certificates industry-core-hub#503
• feat: CCM-04-FE Create share dialog mock industry-core-hub#504
• feat: Implement a backend endpoint that handles the upload of compliance certificates in PDF format industry-core-hub#505

Now we need to integrate the topics into the IC Hub, test and release it in 26.06
